In May of 1998 two companies merged to create the ultimate provider of online business solutions.
Company One: Marketal
Established in 1987, Marketal had earned a tremendous reputation in the
marketing sector as a leading provider of full-service marketing research.
Company Two: Valuenet
Since 1994 Valuenet had been providing high-end Web-based services to
the business world. Areas of expertise included:
